Tuscany Travel Diary
Of all the places we traveled, I am glad that we finished our trip in Tuscany. For most of our time, we stayed in the rustic coastal town of Punta Ala. Though we were also fortunate enough
to take day trips to Bolgheri, Siena, and Florence.
I love the ease of Tuscan life, how the food comes fresh off the farm (usually from your own home), and how it has metropolitan and beach destinations in one. I was blown away by the intricate details of the churches in Florence and Siena and amazed at how such complex architecture and art were constructed years before modern technology. The Tuscan sunsets are every bit as beautiful and relaxing as I dreamed they would be and I can’t wait until we go back.
