Parisian Chic Staples
For years, I have heard and read about the legendary Parisian chic woman. It I were to describe their style succinctly it would be: effortless elegance. Elegance alone implies a level of work. The Parisian woman has an heir of effortlessness to what they put together. Yet it’s all so well pulled together and, well…elegant. There is attention to detail, but never anything over the top or heavily branded. A blinged out necklace? Maybe. Paired with a white tee shirt, jeans and flats. I did glimpse the occasional Parisian wearing heels, she always looked as though she was late for an important event.
Paris has even tighter living quarters than New York (which means even smaller closets), so all of their wardrobes are built around important staples and investment pieces. A Parisian woman could wear the same pair of denim every day of the week and make it look completely different and equally chic each time.
