The guest room and home office of our house has been 90% done for over a year now. I had been waiting to “finish” decorating it to post it here. Although anyone who knows an Interior Designer knows that nothing is ever done to their satisfaction. Even when you think you’re there, it’s time to completely overhaul the room. Consider it a forced finish since I now have to say goodbye to our guest room so that I can turn into a nursery. I am excited about creating the baby’s room and the space they will live and dream in as they start their journey through life. The room and its decor have a special place in my heart. The current look and feel of it are what is left of my single life and individual style since everything in it came from my old apartment. The rest of the house is a blend of his and hers. You will notice this room is drenched in my affinity for black, white and grey and peppered with elements of fashion. This is me writing the end of that chapter (and perhaps book) as I am enthusiastic about this next phase of our lives.
Soon I will share what is currently inspiring me for the nursery. In the meantime, checkout our gender reveal here.
